Partner profiles
 Andy Walker
Andy works with owner managed businesses all over Scotland helping them grow their businesses. He specialises in accountancy, taxation and business development.
Educated at the High School of Dundee and Aberdeen University, Andy went on to qualify in 1992 as a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
After qualifying, he joined an international firm of Chartered Accountants where he worked there gaining experience with small businesses with turnover of up to £10 million. He also managed to gain experience with the Corporate Finance, taxation and audit teams over his time and even managed to fit in a secondment to the finance department of a local computer company while their finance director was on leave.
In 1999, he made a decision to come back and take over from his father at Walker Dunnett & Co and he became a partner in March 2000.
He is a founder member of the Synergy Chapter of Business Network International, and more recently he has been serving on the steering committee and initial Board of Directors for the new Dundee & Angus Chamber of Commerce.
Andy is married to Isla and has two children Katie and Michael. He enjoys football (playing and watching), golf and family time. Andy dreams of owning a black Ferrari Daytona Spider - like the one in Miami Vice.
